Our client, a company working with Veterinary products, is seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telesales calls to engage with potential and existing customers, promoting their product offerings, and contributing to the companyâs growth by generating new leads. He/She will be an integral part of their dynamic Sales team, connecting with customers and helping to achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make Inbound/outbound sales calls to connect with potential and existing customers. Promote and explain the range of products and services to generate sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication. Utilize computer tools and software to record sales interactions, manage leads, and track progress. Meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas. Continuously enhance his/her product knowledge and telesales techniques.

Education

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets. Excellent social media skills Computer literacy and the ability to use sales software. Dynamic and engaging personality.
