Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tentmaker to design, construct, and repair tents of various sizes and types. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with tent materials and equipment to ensure high-quality and durable results. This role requires physical stamina, precision, and a strong work ethic. Salary: Ksh 15,000 per month

Job Description/Requirements
●Measure and cut fabric or materials according to tent specifications.
●Assemble tents using appropriate tools and techniques.
●Inspect, maintain, and repair tents to ensure quality and safety.
●Install tents at client locations, ensuring proper setup and stability.
●Work collaboratively with the team to meet client deadlines.
●Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols.
●Conduct post-setup inspections to ensure the tent is secure and functional.
●Transport materials and equipment to and from installation sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
●Good Conduct Certificate (Police Clearance).
●Experience in tent making or related craftsmanship preferred.
●Strong understanding of tent materials and the ability to use tent-making tools.
●Ability to work with different types of fabric and handle equipment like sewing machines, grommet machines, etc.
●Basic mechanical knowledge to handle tent assembly and disassembly.
●Physical fitness to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
●Ability to work under different weather conditions for outdoor tent installations.
●Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
●Team player with strong communication skills.
●Valid driver’s license (optional, depending on the job).
