Qualifications:

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required.

Proficiency in the German language is MANDATORY before being deployed to Germany, as it will enhance candidates' competitiveness and adaptability in the German workplace.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English and good oral, written and computer skills.

Should be 20-45 yrs old.

E-Bike Mechanics

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repair, and assembly of electric bicycles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in e-bikes and implement appropriate solutions.

Assemble new e-bikes according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

Test ride e-bikes to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Install and configure e-bike accessories, such as lights, racks, and locks.

Address customer inquiries and provide high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts inventory.

Experience with electric bicycles and their components, including motors, batteries, and controllers is an added advantage.

Solar Technician 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries.

Conduct electrical wiring and connections to integrate solar power systems with existing electrical systems.

Test and commission solar power systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.

Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on solar panels and related components.

Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on solar power system operation and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance

  Must have:

Certification in solar photovoltaic system installation and maintenance.

Experience with solar panel installation, wiring, and system commissioning.

Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Logistician

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overseeing smooth flow of logistic activities,

Planning what equipment and vehicles are used in logistics

Teaching  and explaining  logistics processes to staff

Ensuring staff understand and observe instructions in the operation of the equipment

Scheduling shifts and ensuring everyone sticks to correct health & safety rules, 

Processing and picking orders and checking against stock levels ,

Preparing delivery schedules, organizing dispatch and delivery of goods, 

Inventory management and ensuring safe storage of goods,

Keep warehouse clean, organized and maintaining health and safety standards, 

Maintaining accurate records, 

Managing timesheets and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.

Must Have:

Proficiency in logistics software,

A good track record of inventory management, distribution and logistics management, 

Ability to handle multiple projects 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
