Job Purpose/Mission
Providing efficient, courteous and timely service to the hotel guests and other customers to delight them and meet/exceed their wants, needs and expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring utmost cleanliness of the cutlery and crockery – ready for use at the table Ensuring that the linen on the tables is clean and fresh Ensuring that there are sufficient ménages (salt, pepper and other spices) as required on the table Ensuring adequate stocks of beverages and other items required for offering service Maintain utmost courtesy when receiving the customers, sitting them and helping them make their orders Encourage and collect customer feedback to improve our service Diplomatic management of any difficult situations Ensure that the table is cleared promptly after use by customers at every stage during the meal courses. In the case of room service, this includes collecting used dishes from the rooms after room service Providing timely feedback and appropriate recommendation to the F&B Manager Supervisor with respect to customer requests for items/services not on the menu Performing any other tasks allocated by the SupervisorRequirements
O-level Certificate. Certificate in food & beverage 1-year experience in a related functionImportant Safety Tips
