JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory managementStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience with stock control systems is an added advantageGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesApplicationInterested candidates should submit their CV and relevant certificates to the Email provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in morning meetings to review and resolve issues from previous operations and support continuous improvementCoordinate with receiving and issuing officers and provide accurate stock confirmation for inbound and outbound materialsEnsure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system recordsSupport the stock audit officer during warehouse auditsMaintain 6S standards within the warehouse/godown at all timesConduct daily and monthly stock takesManage weighbridge-related operations and ensure proper recording of all dataMaintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and warehouse recordsPerform any other duties assigned by management
