<p><strong>Position:</strong> Instructor</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Uganda</p> <p><strong>Job Code:</strong> UGI01</p> <p> </p> <p><br /><strong>Responsibility</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for planning the coverage of modules in the allocated batches</li> <li>Should conduct classes based on the given curriculum and onsite / offsite training for corporate clients</li> <li>Follow appropriate guidelines and technical reference material for the conduct of education delivery</li> <li>Should update the student’s service executive about the courseware requirement at least two weeks in advance to ensure the timely delivery of courseware to the students.</li> <li>Must be able to schedule the exams at least two weeks in advance in coordination with training manager and also ensuring fair conduct of examinations and giving results to the students on time</li> <li>Should ensure timely batch closures and maintain pertinent records of education delivery and student appraisal such as student attendance and mark sheets</li> <li>Responsible for reporting machine related faults, maintenance requests to the relevant authorities</li> <li>Should assist training manager in different roles like certificate printing, infrastructure maintenance, online testing administration etc.</li> <li>Must be able to conduct and manage various workshops for existing/new clients in co-ordination with sales team and GM for brand promotion/visibility</li> <li>Should participate in the review of Education Delivery by training manager</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br /><strong>Requirement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduate, preferably with computer background</li> <li>Should have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills</li> <li>Good team player. Needs to have zeal and enthusiasm to quickly learn and contribute</li> <li>Experience: 3 - 5 years</li> <li>Desired skills: Java, Oracle, SQL, .NET, Cisco and Linux</li> </ul>
