What You Will Be Doing
- AI-Powered Sales Execution: Apply generative AI technologies directly to support and optimize the daily execution of sales operations.
- Strategic Sales Forecasting and Market Intelligence: Lead advanced analytics initiatives that leverage AI to project long-term market dynamics and sales outcomes.
- Accelerate AI Integration: Champion the deployment of AI-enabled tools that provide real-time support to sales teams throughout customer engagements and deal negotiations.
Account Executive Key Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable enhancements in sales productivity and performance by building and deploying AI-powered sales solutions.
Basic Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced generative AI applications (including use of multiple AI platforms, workflow automation capabilities, and custom GPT development); experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not meet this requirement
- A minimum of 3 years of B2B software sales experience

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
