Job descriptions & requirements
The successful candidate will be accountable for:
- Client Acquisition & Conversion
- Convert qualified leads into funded trading accounts
- Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and consultations with prospective clients
- Educate clients on Account types, Trading platforms (MT4/MT5), Market basics and brokerage offerings
- Drive first-time deposits (FTDs) and initial activation
- Guide clients through full onboarding process, KYC documentation, Account verification, Platform setup (MT4/MT5 installation and login)
- Monitor and reduce drop-offs in onboarding funnel
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1–3 years’ experience in a forex brokerage company
- Hands-on experience with: MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5
- Proven exposure to Client conversion, Sales targets and Customer relationship management
- Good Understanding of: Forex markets and Trading instruments (FX, commodities, indices)
- Ability to interpret basic trading activity
