Job summary
Health Pact Hospital Isiolo s seeking to recruit an Accountant to support effective financial management, revenue control, and compliance within the hospital.

Responsibilities
· Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial statements.
· Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
· Monitor financial performance and provide management with actionable insights.
· Support internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
· Monitor and control hospital expenses against approved budgets.
· Support break-even and profitability analysis.
· Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
· Review and strengthen internal financial controls.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related field.
· CPA (K)
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
· Experience with hospital billing systems and insurance processes is an added advantage.
