About the Internship Programme

Print Shop is looking for 5–11 motivated recent graduates to join the team for a three-month, hands-on internship programme beginning at the end of September 2026.

The programme is designed for candidates who have completed their Diploma or Bachelor's degree and are looking to gain practical workplace experience. Interns will work alongside experienced team members, participate in day-to-day operations and gain exposure to a fast-paced customer-facing print, design and creative environment.

The Accounting Intern will support routine finance and accounting activities while gaining practical experience in a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recording day-to-day financial transactions.
  

• Support preparation and organization of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
  

• Assist with basic reconciliations and record-keeping.
  

• Support tracking of payments, expenses, and other transactions.
  

• Assist with filing and maintaining accurate financial records.
  

• Support preparation of basic financial reports as required.
  

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.
  

• Provide general administrative support to the finance function.
  

Preferred Background

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
  

• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
