Job Summary
Accounts assistant will support Accounts and Finance department by performing various accounting tasks, including but not limited to maintaining financial records, processing invoices, assisting with payroll, reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports. Must be familiar with accounting software and basic accounting principles

Job Description/Requirements
1. Maintain accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software
2. Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
3. Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions
4. Support payroll processing and ensure accurate calculations
5. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
6. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
7. Communicate with vendors, clients and internal departments regarding financial matters
9. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
10. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department by providing administrative support
