High‑performing teammembers may grow into a full-cycle recruiter position.PrimaryResponsibilitiesRecruitmentSupportIdentify qualified candidates for active job ordersAdjust and personalize pre-crafted email outreach campaignsConduct outreach calls to schedule screening callsRequiredSkills & QualificationsStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and detail-management abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with a proactive attitudeComfortable with repetitive tasksConfident making cold callsStrong written and verbal English communication (no thick accents)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously6 months–1 year of experience in recruiting or administrative supportExperience handling high-volume communication (emails, calls, outreach)Familiarity with CRM systems or databasesExposure to sourcing, screening, or resume review is a plusExperience in professional or client-facing environmentsTech savvy with strong administrative accuracy
