Job Description/Requirements
We are an innovative furniture company in Kenya, dedicated to providing high-quality, stylish, and durable furniture. We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant who is proficient in Chinese to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruitment & HR:
○ Assist in recruitment processes, attendance tracking, and employee training programs.
● Warehouse & Procurement:
○ Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
○ Conduct negotiations with suppliers and manage procurement documentation.
● External Affairs & Liaison:
○ Handle daily external affairs liaison and maintain good relationships with partners and stakeholders.
● Office Administration:
○ Issue company notices and manage internal communications.
○ Conduct workshop system assessments and inspections.
● Vehicle & Document Management:
○ Oversee vehicle management and ensure proper documentation.
○ Fill out reimbursement documents and arrange company meeting plans.
○ Draft documents, prepare meeting minutes, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
● Proficient in using daily office software and computers.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
● Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Priority given to candidates who understand Chinese.
