The Company distributes local & imported food products and cleaning items to HORECA and Supermarkets industry.

 

Role Overview:


 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Administrative Duties

· Manage all business permits, licenses, and regulatory certificates (e.g., food handler, trading, fire safety, etc.).

· Ensure timely renewals and proper documentation for all regulatory requirements.

· Assist with NTSA vehicle inspections processes.

· Represent the company in dealings with external agencies such as the county government, Nacada, Ministry of Labour, NEMA, KEBS, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

· Monitor and ensure company-wide compliance with statutory obligations.

· Oversee general office administration including supplies, stationery, utilities, and equipment maintenance.

· Coordinate communication between departments and with external stakeholders.

· Maintain records, filing systems, and company documents.

· Support logistics for meetings, staff travel, and company events.

· Liaise with security, cleaning, and facility service providers.

· Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

· , Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 3 years' experience in a similar HR/Admin role, preferably in a growing business or logistics environment.

· Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficient in MS Office

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
