JOB SUMMARY

RequirementsHave relevant work experiencePossess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required. Are tech-savvy with a strong comprehension of customer assistance tools and technologiesHave the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders.Are familiar with operational tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.Possess excellent customer management skillsAre an excellent communicator and have good people relations skillsDemonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detailAre experienced with data recording and analysis.Have the ability to work alone and as part of a teamAre proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional assistance to partnership customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Assist with warranty claim processing, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of claims.Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating the product support portal to enhance service quality.Assist in creating troubleshooting manuals and training sessions. Record and analyse data to identify trends, improve processes, and assist decision-making.Contribute to website and Bot development, updates, and improvements.Work with cross-functional teams to assist various projects and initiatives.Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and assistance activities.Contribution to SOP documentation.Any other tasks assigned.
