Calling all aspiring pilots! ALS Limited is thrilled to announce our exclusive Ab-Initio Pilot Program, designed to equip you with the skills and qualifications to become a First Officer. The Ab-Initio Pilot Program consists of five phases: Interview process Private Pilot training Commercial pilot training Multi Engine and instrument training C type rating and hour building The interview process will entail the below: Duration 1. Review of documentation – One hour 2. General Knowledge exam – One day 3. Medical – One day 4. Psychometric/Psychomotor testing – Two days 5. Interview – One hour 6. Flight assessment (one hour at $/hour)
