Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and playing a key role in lead generation. Daily tasks include managing appointment calendars, following up on leads, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication. The appointed individual will contribute to the team’s growth by building and maintaining professional relationships with prospects and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience with Lead Generation and identifying potential opportunities
• Strong Communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Background in Customer Service with a focus on relationship-building
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or appointment scheduling tools is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-driven work culture
