JOB SUMMARY

Key Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.Proficiency in accounting software (Sage ERP preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel).Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.To apply, send your cv to the Email provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in processing day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.Post journals, update ledgers and conduct reconciliations (bank, petty cash, creditors, debtors).Maintain accurate records and files for audit readiness.Support preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.Assist with payroll processing and statutory deductions (e.g., PAYE, NSSF, NHIF).Issue invoices, ETR receipts, monitor collections and follow up on outstanding debts.Work with accounting software and Excel to update data and support improvements in financial processes.Provide ad-hoc support and administrative finance tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS

CPA certification, Financial analysis, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Reporting

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
