JOB SUMMARY

The Business Intelligence & Planning Manager will drive data-informed planning and strategic growth for the inverter business. This role focuses on identifying high-impact market opportunities, shaping expansion plans, and ensuring accurate forecasting to align supply, sales, and operational activities across markets.You might be a strong candidate if you have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in business intelligence, strategy, or demand planningAbility to translate data into commercial actionsCross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, supply chain)Experience in energy, fintech, or emerging markets (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Intelligence & InsightsConduct ongoing market assessments covering: Energy pricing (grid, diesel, petrol ) Customer affordability and purchasing trendIndustry offerings, pricing, and market positioningDevelop and maintain market intelligence dashboards for senior stakeholders.Provide insights on market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Growth Strategy & Market ExpansionIdentify and assess new markets, cities, and customer segments.Develop market entry plans covering pricing, product suitability, and go-to-market considerations.Partner with country teams on launch planning and growth activities.Create expansion roadmaps and implementation timelines.Demand Planning & ForecastingDevelop and manage demand forecasts.Align forecasts with:Sales projectionsMarketing plans and pipeline projectionsHistorical performance and seasonal trendsIntroduction of new inverter productsWork closely with supply chain and operations teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and Product availability during launches and expansion phasesTrack forecast accuracy and continuously improve forecasting approaches using actual performance data.Identify demand-related risks (e.g. understocking, overstocking, slow-moving inventory) and propose appropriate actions.Strategic Initiatives & Business PlanningCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and planning activities.Develop business cases and financial models.Monitor implementation progress and help deliver against defined priorities.

Business development, Market research, intelligence, Sales strategy, Business intelligence, Financial analytics and forecasting

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
