Audiovisual Resident Technician

Requirements

•           Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in an Tech field

•           Additional certification (Poly, Extron, Kramer) would be an added advantage

Duties and responsibilities will be as follows;

•           Conducting daily routine checks across all meeting rooms to ensure that all the audio-visual systems are up and running

•           Offering day to day local\remote desktop support, receiving inbound calls, troubleshooting and documenting steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in the client’s environment.

•           Remotely offering audio-visual technical support to client’s staff based in regional sites.

•           Running tests on video, audio, and signals and troubleshooting in case any technical problems arise.

•           Carrying out any cleaning, maintenance, or repairs on audio-visual equipment

•           Providing timely communication on issue status and resolution plus submitting periodical reports based on the client environment

•           Effectively communicate with client’s staff with utmost respect and decorum
