JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, we are seeking an experienced Automation & AI Enablement Lead. This role holder will drive digital evolution by designing, developing, and deploying automation, RPA, analytics, and AI/ML use cases across the company’s operations.The successful candidate will be responsible for building prototypes, deploying value-driven solutions, and supporting the broader digital transformation roadmap.The ideal candidate possesses a blend of software automation expertise (Python, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere), analytics proficiency (Power BI), and experience within SAP environments (ECC or S/4HANA preferredEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Professional certifications in RPA (e.g., Automation Anywhere), Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Python are highly advantageous.Professional Experience (2–5 Years)1. Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying:Enterprise-level bots using Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.Predictive models using Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).Designing robust data pipelines and analytics dashboards using SQL and Power BI.Demonstrated success in workflow automation, bot orchestration, and the end-to-end deployment of Machine Learning models.Direct exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA, or experience integrating automation tools with large-scale ERP systems.Previous experience within the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Supply Chain sectors is a significant plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive the digital transformation by identifying, prioritizing, and executing high-impact AI and automation use cases across all business functions—including production, supply chain, finance, and HR.2. Design, build, and maintain RPA bots (Automation Anywhere/Power Automate) and digital workflows to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and optimize operational performance.3. Develop and deploy AI/ML models for demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, and quality control. Build automated data pipelines and Power BI/SAP BI dashboards to enable real-time, data-driven decision-making.4. Integrate automation solutions seamlessly within the SAP S/4HANA environment and other operational systems (SCADA, WMS) through APIs, connectors, and custom data pipelines.5. Establish clear documentation and security standards for all digital assets while tracking ROI and performance metrics to ensure every project delivers tangible business value.6. Act as a cross-functional bridge between technical teams and business units to facilitate change management, support user onboarding, and align digital initiatives with corporate priorities.
