Job Title: B2B ICT Sales Executive – Hardware & Software Solutions

· Computing Devices (Laptops, Desktops, Workstation, Servers)
· Networking Equipment
· Surveillance & Security Cameras
· Telephony Systems
· Computer Accessories & Power Devices
· Printing & Scanning Solutions
· Software Solutions (Firewalls, Office/Windows Licenses, Security Software, and more)
Your Role:
You will understand client needs, identify new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll be the bridge between our technical solutions and the client’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across assigned regions.
- Achieve and exceed volume and revenue targets for all product categories.
- Plan sales based on existing customer base, forecast stock needs, and monitor competitor activity.
- Negotiate win-win deals and follow through to closure, ensuring repeat business.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle escalated client objections and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strategy & Operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and track market trends to inform sales strategy.
- Prepare professional sales documentation (RFPs, SOs, RFQs, etc.).
- Coordinate with finance & logistics teams to ensure seamless credit approvals, timely delivery, and transaction completion.
Team Collaboration (as needed)
- Support fellow sales team members through mentoring and sharing best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with campaigns and lead generation.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically in ICT hardware and/or software solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the ICT landscape in Kenya (hardware, networking, security, licensing, etc.).
Key Skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and close deals at the executive level.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
