Job Summary
Beauty therapists provide face and body treatments to help clients look and feel better. You will interact with local and international customers and listen to their concerns and preferences and then recommend on the best beauty products. This role reports to the Operations Manager
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
The incumbent shall sell beauty, health and wellness products to our clients at our retail shop. Shall command excellent knowledge coming to supplements.Â
The Employee’s typical duties shall include but will not be limited to the following;
• Cross-sell beauty products (e.g. serums, body lotions, deodorants, toners, cleansers, fragrances) of different brands.
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin and also educate them on how to use different products and in what order.
• Keep track of stock levels. Monitor stock levels of beauty products/accessories and place orders to ensure no stock-outs.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of products on the shelves. Rotate beauty products on the shelves regularly and maintain attractive displays at all times.
• Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store.
Education & Experience
• A Diploma in CosmetologyÂ
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role in Retail is desirable
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering required reports
