RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities ✔Reconcile and audit benefit invoices✔Identify and resolve discrepancies using PRISM and insurance portals✔ Update and maintain Smartsheet with real-time, accurate data✔ Support Benefits Assistants and Specialists✔ Manage customer portal cases and tasks✔ Communicate with brokers and points of contact to resolve issues✔ Generate reports and validate customer information✔ Keep tracking tools updated and meet performance indicators
