What You Will Do

• Lead the strategic implementation of BIM across large, complex projects and multiple teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows aligned with project and organizational goals
• Provide expert guidance on BIM tools and technologies to support design, coordination, and construction processes
• Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination, ensuring seamless integration across all project stakeholders
• Oversee clash detection, issue resolution, and model optimization to meet project objectives and client expectations
• Serve as the BIM subject matter expert, offering technical leadership and mentoring junior and mid-level staff
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and enhance BIM strategies and initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, ensuring effective implementation across projects
• Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging BIM technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of BIM experience with strong focus on leadership and advanced workflows
• Proven success coordinating large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Expert in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and BIM standards/protocols
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience developing BIM staff
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies and trends
