- Drive deposit mobilization and growth of the Sharia-compliant financing portfolio.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including vault management and teller service
- Ensure 100% compliance with KYC, AML, and Sharia guidelines at the branch
- Manage branch performance against set KPIs (growth, PAR, and customer service).
- Foster strong relationships with local business owners and community leaders.
- Responsible for Branch P&L and physical security of branch assets
