Headquartered in Ongata Rongai, the company provides financial products including Logbook Loans, Trade Finance, Title Deed Loans, and Asset Finance. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead branch setup and drive rapid portfolio growth from scratch
  • Champion and execute aggressive sales and collections strategies to exceed targets
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents and credit officers
  • Drive daily field activities including client acquisition, loan disbursement, and collections
  • Ensure strong portfolio quality through effective collections and credit control
  • Monitor team performance and enforce a high-accountability, results-driven culture
  • Identify and penetrate new markets to expand the customer base
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and submit timely sales, collections, and performance reports


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in microfinance or financial services with a strong focus on sales and collections
  • Proven track record in building and growing loan portfolios
  • Strong leadership experience, including team recruitment and management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
