Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth, all while reporting to the Digital Marketing Director to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.

Job Description/Requirements

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their digital marketing needs.

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with tailored digital marketing solutions.

• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and internal teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns for clients.

• Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to the Digital Marketing Director to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the Digital Marketing Director and internal teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.


• Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or relevant role in a digital marketing agency or related industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
