Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop tailored marketing strategies to meet client needs. The role also involves generating sales leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The individual will track market trends, analyze industry data, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
  • Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop effective marketing plans and contribute to experiential marketing projects
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced environment requiring collaboration and team effort
  • Familiarity with the experiential marketing or PR industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
