As a software company, we have developed business support systems that facilitate the delivery of our SaaS and Enterprise solutions, thus maximizing our potential value and we're looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion.


Role Summary

The Business Development Manager (Technical) will play a critical role in driving client adoption, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the technical implementation of Crown Interactive’s SaaS and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution, enabling growth, ensuring customer success, and maintaining high service standards across projects.


Key Responsibilities

1.  Business Growth & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government agencies, MDAs, parastatals, and large enterprises.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive adoption of SaaS and enterprise solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

2.  Public Sector Engagement

  • Engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within the public sector to promote digital transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor government policies, tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities related to technology and digitalization.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality bids, proposals, and presentations for government and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with public sector procurement and regulatory requirements.

3.  Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients during the sales and onboarding phases.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to support product improvement and service delivery.

4.  Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities within the digital transformation space.
  • Provide input into product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

5.  Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Project Delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Support solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions with prospects.


Required Skills & Competencies

·        Strong understanding of SaaS models, enterprise software solutions, and digital transformation concepts.

·        Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.

·        Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

·        Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.

·        Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

·        5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience within technology, SaaS, or IT services.

·        Proven experience selling solutions to government agencies or large enterprises is highly desirable.
