Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and applicable healthcare regulations
  • Maintain secure handling of patient data and records
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions where needed

Patient Experience

  • Maintain high patient satisfaction across both locations
  • Resolve escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly
  • Oversee accurate, compliant patient record management
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve patient experience

Technology & Systems

  • Oversee EMR/EHR and practice management systems
  • Ensure staff adoption, training, and proper usage
  • Identify process improvements through better system utilization

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Healthcare operations experience
  • Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • (You do not need to be an expert, but you must understand the full process)
  • Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems
  • Proven experience managing large teams (hospital, clinic, or similar environment)
  • Comfortable handling conflict, pushback, and strong personalities professionally

Candidates with experience managing 100+ staff in hospital or clinical settings are strongly encouraged to apply.
