JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and commercially driven SDR with excellent communication skills to join our team!📍 Locations:Nairobi, Kenya🕒 Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST(Possible changes after training. Occasional weekend shifts may apply, with compensatory time off.)🔹 What You NeedStrong communication skills + high energy and proactivity1 year in call Centers( Must)English level C1 – requiredHigh school diploma required; college is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 What You’ll DoProspect through cold calls, emails, and outreach activitiesQualify leads based on the ICPBook meetings for the Account Executive teamMaintain updated information in tools like Lusha, Apollo, or SalesforceExecute cadences and track key metrics
REQUIRED SKILLS
Customer relations, Sales strategy, Business strategy, Sales performance tracking and reporting
REQUIRED EDUCATION
High, secondary school
