Channel Partner Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven Channel Partner Sales Executive to recruit, manage, and grow high-performing partners to drive revenue and market expansion. The role involves building strong relationships, negotiating partnerships, enabling partners through training, and driving performance against targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners in line with the company’s growth strategy.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to drive engagement and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and Telesales teams to generate leads and close opportunities through partner channels.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on partner performance against agreed targets and KPIs.
- Plan and conduct partner enablement activities, including onboarding sessions, product training, and sales support.
- Provide continuous support to partners to ensure product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date partner information in the CRM system.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback from partners to inform sales strategies and product improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on partner pipeline, revenue performance, and market opportunities for management review.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in channel partner acquisition, lead generation, and partner onboarding.
- Demonstrated success in channel sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within telecoms/ICT or technology sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with VoIP, telecom, or ICT solutions will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
