About the Role

Chief Executive Officer / Managing Partner / Co-Founder / Country Master Franchise Owner – Kenya

As the Country Master Franchise Owner, you will lead and build a high-growth franchise consulting business in Kenya, representing FranchiseBazar’s portfolio of 4000+ global and regional franchise brands.

Primary Focus Regions Include:

• Nairobi
• Mombasa
• Kisumu
• Eldoret
• Nakuru
• Thika

Key Responsibilities

• Connect entrepreneurs, investors, business buyers, and SMEs with profitable franchise and business expansion opportunities.
• Help local businesses and family-owned enterprises become franchise-ready and scale across Kenya and international markets.
• Enable Kenyan brands to expand into East Africa, the Middle East, and global markets.
• Introduce international franchise brands into Kenya through strategic market entry and expansion support.
• Deliver complete A-to-Z franchise development solutions, including strategy, consulting, expansion planning, and investor facilitation.
• Build and lead a strong branch and consultant network across Kenya.
• Appoint and develop unit franchisees across major Kenyan cities in a phased expansion model.

Investment Requirement

Country Master Franchise (Kenya)

• Minimum investment: USD 25,000
• Dedicated office space: Minimum 300 sq. ft. in Nairobi

Projected Nett Earnings (USD)

• Year 1 : $42,000
• Year 2 : $111,120
• Year 3 : $159,780
• Year 4 : $226,753

The Country Master Franchisee will progressively appoint and establish unit franchisees across major Kenyan cities including Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, and Thika, typically every six months after the first year of operations and stabilization.

Required Skills

• Strong network across business, investment, real estate, government, and corporate sectors in Kenya
• Excellent business development and relationship-building capabilities
• Daily access to entrepreneurs, investors, and business decision-makers
• Ability to recruit, lead, and inspire branch teams and consultant networks
• Strong leadership and operational execution skills
• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Knowledge of Swahili is a strong advantage

Compensation & Business Model

This is an exclusive business ownership model — not salaried employment.
