JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications & Experience5+ years in IT/digital leadership with enterprise scope, 5+ at C-level or equivalent.Proven record delivering multi-system transformations (ERP, CRM, MES, eCommerce, fleet).Key CompetenciesExpertise in enterprise architecture, cyber, AI/ML, and IT/OT convergence.Strong financial & business acumen (TCO/ROI/value realization).Exceptional stakeholder management and board communication.Degree in computer science/ IT/Engineering/IT & BusinessResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Value CreationTranslate corporate strategy into a 3–5 year digital roadmap with measurable business value.Prioritize programs with clear ROI and outcomes (efficiency, resilience, customer value).2) Enterprise Systems & IntegrationDrive implementations (ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, eCommerce, fleet, etc.) and unify into a connected architecture.Establish API/event-driven integration for full visibility across supply chain, finance, and customers.3) Secure Digital WorkspaceInstitutionalize a secure digital workspace: access governance, endpoint protection, encrypted collaboration, data lifecycle policies.Ensure company-controlled retention of sensitive data across all systems.4) Cybersecurity, Privacy & ResilienceRun a risk-based security program, enforce Zero Trust, continuous monitoring, and disaster recovery testing.Integrate physical and digital security into enterprise monitoring.5) Data, Analytics & AIEstablish enterprise data governance, master data management, and high-quality reporting.Deploy advanced analytics/AI for demand forecasting, maintenance, and supply chain optimization.6) Operations, Service & Vendor ManagementRun a world-class IT service management function (SLAs, XLAs, automation).Optimize vendor ecosystem, reduce TCO, and manage contracts strategically.7) People, Culture & ChangeBuild a digitally fluent IT team with strong business alignment.Drive structured change management for adoption and impact
