JOB SUMMARY
EducationBachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or information technology preferred.Must be CISCO certifiedCisco CCNA CCNP Routing and Switching, CCNA CCNP Collaboration certifications preferredQualifications & ExperienceMust have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Cisco UC & Contact Center solutions and other on Network.Experience on Cisco SDWAN, MPLS, Cisco Webex Calling & Cloud Collaboration.Technical aptitude in telecommunication infrastructure Good analytical skillsKnowledge and Skills RequirementsExcellent communication and documentation skillsStrong analytical and trouble-shooting skillsMust be able to work within the stipulated deadlines.Strong analysis and application abilities.Strong observation skills.Fast learner, self-motivated and have a positive attitudeStress resistant and a team player Flexible.Key competenciesSolution-Oriented Analysis Sound Decision-MakingTo apply, submit CVs to the Email provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deployment and Support of Cisco / Huawei LAN and WAN networksDeployment and Support of Cisco IP Telephony Solution (preferred experience of handling)Design, deploy, and manage Cisco collaboration solutions, including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, UCCE. Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.Configure and troubleshoot SIP, H.323. MGCP, and SCCP protocols for voice and video communications. Administer Cisco Contact Center solutions (UCCX/UCCE/PCCE/Webex Cloud Contact Centre), including scripting (Editor/AppAdmin), call routing, and reporting.Integrate Cisco UC with third-party applications (CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).Implement and maintain Cisco gateways (CUBE, ISR, ASR), voice gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs). Troubleshoot QoS, latency, jitter, and packet loss issues in VoIP environments.Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for Cisco UC and Contact Center platforms.Collaborate with network teams to ensure optimalperformance of LAN/WAN for real-time communications. Provide Level 2/3 support for complex UC and Contact Center issues.Stay updated with Cisco's latest collaboration technologies (Webex, Cloud Calling. Al-based contact centres).
