About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and commercially aware Client Acquisition & Application Specialist to manage high-volume job applications while representing our partners in client-facing interactions across Canada and the USA.
This role combines precision execution with professional communication. You will be responsible for submitting 25–30 tailored applications per day, handling inbound and outbound communication, pitching candidate profiles to clients, and supporting onboarding and relationship management efforts.
This is a performance-driven role requiring discipline, accuracy, and structured thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Application Management (70%)
•
Submit 25–30 high-quality, tailored job applications per day
•
Carefully follow all application instructions and platform requirements
•
Customize resumes and application responses based on job descriptions
•
Track and manage all submissions using internal systems
•
Monitor and respond to application-related emails promptly
Client Outreach & Representation (30%)
•
Handle email, phone, and video communications regarding job openings in Canada and the USA
•
Pitch and professionally represent partner profiles to prospective clients
•
Answer high-level technical questions related to IT support, customer support, and service operations
•
Support client onboarding processes
•
Maintain strong and professional client relationships
•
Follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate communication records
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
•
Strong written and verbal communication skills
•
Ability to manage high daily output while maintaining quality
•
Clear understanding of IT support concepts (L1, L2, L3, SLA, ticketing systems, escalation processes)
•
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business terms
•
Strong organizational and time management skills
•
Comfortable handling client video meetings and structured discussions
•
Ability to work independently and follow defined processes strictly
Preferred Qualifications
•
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or job application management
•
Exposure to North American job markets (Canada and USA)
•
Experience with CRM systems and application tracking tools
•
Background in IT support, customer service, or technical environments
