JOB SUMMARY

Knowledge and Attributes:Relevant Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.Ability to manage customer satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage urgent tasks simultaneously.Some business acumen and commercial skills.Passionate, strong initiative, self-driven with a commitment to succeed.Some influencing ability whilst taking a collaborative approach.Decisive with good attention to detail ability.Ability to promote project services to both internal stakeholders and external clients.Competent in project change management.Familiarity of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project.Relevant problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field.Relevant Project Management Certifications preferably PMP is a mustITIL certification is beneficial.Required experience:Minimum Two years' experience in Project Management preferably in the IT industry.Background in delivering IT services, Managing IT projects, and Understanding the IT service lifecycleExperience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.Implement and ensure adherence to methodology and processes as adopted in the management and execution of projects and ensure that projects are executed in accordance with a common framework within the Company.Identify project risks and/or issues and implement necessary action plans to manage them and avoid potential delays and scope creep.Follow up the delivered products and solutions on an agreed regular basis with the customer to keep informed about the life cycle evolvement of the implemented customer solution.Foster collaboration, accountability and performance with the project teamConduct project evaluations and post implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas of improvementCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverablesPerforms any other related task as required.
