Summary
Ensure targets for the month are achieved by bringing in repeat disbursements through timely collection of all loans as per targets given.
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Demand and enforce repayment of the assigned portfolio and achieve set targets.
b) To key in follow up interactions on all accounts.
c) To follow up on zero payments.
d) Customer follow up.
e) In charge of defaults between 30-45 th day
f) Collections of all active loans
g) Ensure loans are cleared on or before the due day.
h) Champion of retention and repeat clients (active clients)
i) Ensure proper asset listing and valuation are done.
j) Provide pin locations for clients.
k) Ensure proper appraisal of business and home is done.
l) Daily execution of debt follow-up by phone, visits, and recovery.
