JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering, Business Systems or Information SystemsMinimum 5 years experience in a similar commercial roleProven track record in sales operations and process improvement initiativesStrong analytical mindset with expertise in CRM systems and sales performance metricsDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellence in stakeholder management and training deliveryDeep understanding of sales methodologies and territory management
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and optimize sales operations by implementing cutting-edge processes, methodologies, and tools at the area levelManage and provide expert training on sales systems including CRM and territory management platformsConduct comprehensive analysis of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and win-loss patterns to drive continuous improvementPartner with sales teams to enhance territory planning and reporting capabilitiesDevelop strategic sales quotas aligned with profit objectives and assist in commission planning
