Commercial Fresh Cuts (Pork) Sales Representative
Job summary
The role is responsible for promoting, selling, and distributing fresh cuts products -- i.e. pork or cold cuts—to wholesale clients, retail outlets, food service providersand institutions. The role focuses on driving revenue through new business development and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales & Business Development: Identify new customers, build, and maintain client portfolio to increase sales, cold calling and securing new contracts.
● Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit clients (Hotel/Restaurant/Café - HORECA channel) to ensure satisfactory service, influence orders and address complaints.
● Product Knowledge & Promotion: Demonstrate product quality, features, and benefits to clients, including product samples to showcase value.
● Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms and contracts within company guidelines to close sales.
● Logistics & Order Coordination: Coordinate with the farm production and delivery team to ensure timely delivery of perishable products.
● Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing to provide feedback to management.
● Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales pipeline reports, sales performance, customer feedback, and order intake.
