We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Insurance Sales Representatives. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in promoting and selling insurance products to clients. Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads and expand the client base.
2. Client Consultation:
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Customize insurance plans to suit individual client requirements.
Qualifications:
• Age -25 years and above
• Form four Certificate (D+ and above)
• Diploma/Degree in any field is an added advantage
• Retrenched personnel in any field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
