Role Description
We are seeking a Commission-Based Sales Executive to join our growing team on a remote, flexible-hours basis. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients within the EdTech and PropTech sectors.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term client relationships, conducting market research, presenting our technology solutions, and negotiating contracts to successfully close deals. This is a remote role, open to candidates based in Nairobi County, Kenya.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the EdTech and/or PropTech industries and related technology solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research and data interpretation
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
