Role Description

This full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role is based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Responsibilities include promoting Serenku Adventures’ safari offerings to potential customers through marketing and sales strategies. The candidate will establish and manage client relationships, negotiate travel packages, and drive sales to attract travelers globally to Kenya. Additionally, the role involves working with international partners and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Sales and marketing expertise, including the ability to identify potential markets and develop strategies
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding client experiences
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software
• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, particularly safari and adventure tourism
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• A background in sales, marketing, or tourism is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
