Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for some remote work. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and approach prospective clients, establish relationships, and offer tailored house design and construction solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting services, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of architectural and construction services is preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency in digital tools for lead generation and client communication
• Attention to detail and ability to understand client requirements
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, or construction is an asset
