Position Overview: We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Computer Repair & sales Technician. The computer repair technician will diagnose, assemble, repair and reconfigure IT equipment to specifications. This will include but not limited to Laptops, Chromebooks, Notebooks and Desktops. They will also help in customer interaction and sale of laptops to prospective clienrs

Primary Responsibilities:

●      Diagnose, repair, assemble and reconfigure IT equipment to specifications

●      Technically and accurately inspect, classify, sort, count, diagnose, evaluate, disassemble and repair computer hardware

●      Work on Laptops, Chromebooks, Notebooks, Desktops

●      Configure, upgrade and test computer hardware & peripherals

●      Work with production personnel to drive and complete projects

●      Assist in computer sales and

●      Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

●      MUST know how to ride a motorcycle

●      Minimum of 1 year of "Hands On" experience in a similar role

●      Degree or Diploma in IT field, preferred

●      A+ certification, preferred

●      Knowledge of computer hardware and software

●      Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

●      BIOS configuration and upgrade utilities

●      The ability to configure, maintain and upgrade PC workstations

●      The ability to identify and install PC hardware and peripherals

●      The ability to answer computer and software related questions in technical and non-technical terms

●      The ability to understand and carry out instructions explained in various forms (written, oral or diagram)

●      Strong communication skills both written and verbal

●      Outstanding attention to detail

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

 

Salary: 20K-30K
