We are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards and client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to completionManage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful deliveryOversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulationsCoordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholdersMonitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior managementEnsure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standardsIdentify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues in a timely mannerManage procurement of materials and equipmentLead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and project staffQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5–8 years’ experience in construction project managementProven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management principlesFamiliarity with local regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in KenyaProficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office SuiteRegistration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Engineers Board of Kenya) is an added advantageKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProblem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh level of integrity and accountabilityAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on impactful infrastructure and construction projectsProfessional growth in a fast-paced environmentOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
