JOB SUMMARY

Content Analyst & Social Media Operations AssociateWe are looking for a detail-oriented operator who can manage content execution at scale while using data to improve performance.This role sits at the intersection of content, analytics, and operations. You will support creators and editors by ensuring content is published, tracked, and continuously optimized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will DoManage and execute content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsSchedule and publish high volumes of content using tools such as Meta Business SuiteTrack performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, CPC where applicable)Analyze content performance and identify patterns in what worksSupport paid campaign tracking and basic optimizationWork closely with content creators and editors to improve output based on dataMaintain consistency in posting, formatting, and brand guidelinesEngage with audiences (comments, DMs) where required

REQUIRED SKILLS

Social media marketing, Digital content development and editing (social media, blogs, etc.), Web Analytics, Social media usage (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Diploma, Associate's degree
