Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

- Ensure high quality food is produced

- Proper food presentation and portioning

- Ensure high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and safety inside the work place is observed throughout food preparation and storage areas

-Experience in hot kitchen, cold kitchen and pastry will be added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to work with team and with minimum supervision in a busy kitchen

- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

- Computer literate


Qualification

• Certificate/Diploma in food production, hospitality management, and/or service management

• CV, National ID, K.C.S.E Minimum Mean Grade D+

• Minimum 1 years experience
