Job Description: We are searching for a Core Lead ERP Software Developer for a 3 to 6-month contract who possesses a high-level understanding of PHP,

particularly in debugging, customisation, and security within ERP systems. The

ideal candidate will spearhead our development team, focusing on our ERP

solutions' financial and inventory management modules, ensuring they align with our client's business needs while delivering exceptional value and security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide the development team, fostering a culture of high-quality coding,

innovation, and security- conscious development.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand requirements,

ensuring ERP solutions are secure, robust, and aligned with business goals.

3. Implement and enforce advanced PHP coding standards and best practices, focusing on security, scalability, and maintainability.

4. Lead rigorous testing and debugging processes, emphasising security and

performance to ensure the reliability of the ERP software.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PHP development trends, security best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance software solutions and development practices continually.

6. Direct the integration and development of mobile applications using React

Native, ensuring secure and responsive solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• They have demonstrated expertise as a core developer in ERP software

projects, and understands PHP well, especially in debugging, customisation, and security.

• Proficiency in React Native and a solid understanding of database management and SQL

• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and life cycles.

• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
